Sundaram Mutual Fund has declared that there is a change in the Registrar & Transfer Agent from Computer Age Management Services Private Ltd to Sundaram BNP Paribas Fund Services Limited in respect of the schemes of Sundaram Mutual Fund namely, Sundaram India Leadership Fund, Sundaram Select Thematic Funds Rural India, Entertainment Opportunities, PSU Opportunities and Sundaram Balanced Fund & Sundaram Monthly Income Plan - Aggressive, Moderate & Conservative. From 6 December 2010, the new changes will be effective. As a result of this change, Computer Age Management Services Private Ltd ceases to be the Registrar and Transfer Agent for the above mentioned schemes with effect from the said date.
Effective from the above date, all commercial transactions like purchase, redemptions, switches etc. and non commercial transactions like change in address, bank mandate etc. shall be accepted only by Sundaram BNP Paribas Fund Services Limited and its Customer Care Centers and also at the offices of Sundaram Asset Management Company Ltd.
